
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
At the beginning of the first nationwide lockdown on 23 March 2020 I found myself sitting at 196lbs as a 5 ft 8 male, doing little to none exercise using my 9-5 job as an excuse to do nothing but sit at home and relax. The first week of this lockdown I remember being in bed and seeing a 10-push up challenge and I thought to myself ''10? really? that's easy'' so I get up out of bed, into push up position and down I went... except I didn't get up... not even 1 push up. it was only at that point I realised how out of shape I was and that I really needed to do something about all this weight on me. Since that day I have lost 53lbs, live a happy and healthy life whilst helping others achieve this unbeatable feeling .
Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavour. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
